Before Your Appointment
You'll receive new patient forms by email after scheduling. Complete them online at your convenience so we can maximize your time in the chair. If you have dental insurance, have your card handy — our team will verify your benefits before you arrive.
Your First Visit
Plan for about 90 minutes. Here's what happens:
- Welcome tour — we'll show you around the office and introduce you to your care team
- Medical and dental history review — we want the full picture of your health
- Digital X-rays and 3D imaging — low-radiation diagnostics that give us a complete view
- Comprehensive exam — Dr. Mitchell or one of our dentists will check every tooth, your gums, your bite, and screen for oral cancer
- Professional cleaning — unless we need to address other concerns first
- Treatment plan discussion — we'll sit down together, review what we found, and create a plan that fits your goals and budget
